高尿酸血症与小于胎龄儿发生的相关性

医师指导下合理调节体质量增长,平衡营养摄入,适当运动,以尽量避免不良的妊娠结局的发生。

本研究的局限性在于研究人群范围较窄,不能完全代表我国整体人群;此外,本研究是一个回顾性研究,小于胎龄儿发生的病因需要多中心大样本前瞻性的队列研究进一步确定。

综上所述,妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过少、早产、HUA都是孕妇分娩小于胎龄儿的可能危险因素。临床实践中应该对孕妇进行适当的教育和生活指导,并注意监测胎儿的生长速度,尽量减少小于胎龄儿的发生。
